Enclave Structure
There are six main roles in the enclave structure.
  1. 1.
    • Masters are the Enclave leaders and guide everything that happens within an Enclave.
  2. 2.
    • Initiates are the creators and builders that execute on the TempleDAO roadmap.
  3. 3.
    • Disciples are the entry-level team members and are assisting in one of the many TempleDAO projects.
  4. 4.
    • Guardians are the community moderators that help keep the community engaged and keep chats clean. They also participate like Members do and contribute to projects.
  5. 5.
    • Acolytes are Members that are brought on to help with a project as they have a specific skill needed for these projects.
  6. 6.
    • Members are the general Enclave members that participate in raising ideas, providing feedback, and are promoted into Disciples or Guardians when they are seen to provide value.
Each member no matter what role they have can participate in the development of the roadmap. Each tier can raise ideas, concepts, or projects that are introduced into the TempleDAO roadmap, and this is encouraged. Discord threads are created for every new initiative that is promoted within an Enclave and discussed. Initiatives that are approved (primarily from the tier above where it was first promoted, ex. Disciples approving a Members sourced proposal) are added to the TempleDAO roadmap and executed upon. In this way, Enclaves are an alchemical process where the best ideas move forward and are added to the TempleDAO roadmap, irrespective of where they began.
The daily process of ideas being proposed and then added into the TempleDAO roadmap eventually leads to Members and Acolytes being promoted and moved into a higher tier as they are found to be consistent contributors. Like this, anyone can become a Guardian, Disciple, Initiate or Master.
